Dima brings more than 10 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across residential treatment, school-based counseling, intensive in-home services, outpatient care, and rehabilitation settings. She earned her Masters from Montclair State University and has experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and individualized therapeutic support.

Dima is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, manage everyday stressors, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change by recognizing and building on their existing strengths. She believes every person's journey is unique and tailors her approach to each individual's needs, goals, and circumstances.

She is especially dedicated to supporting parents, children, and families. As a mother of three young children herself, Dima brings both professional knowledge and firsthand understanding of the challenges of parenting, balancing responsibilities, and navigating the demands of everyday family life.
