Counseling

Talking things through with someone trained to listen. We see children, adolescents, adults and families at our Clearwater office.

01 · Who it's for

Children, adults, and whole families

You do not need to be in crisis to see a counselor, and you do not need to arrive with the right words for what is going on. Most people start because something has been harder than usual for a while.

  • Everyday stress, and the coping that goes with it — understanding yourself better, managing what the week throws at you, and building skills that hold up.
  • Parents, children and families — the demands of parenting, balancing responsibilities, and the ordinary strain of family life.
  • Change you want to make — worked out by recognizing the strengths you already have, rather than starting from what is wrong.
  • Support alongside your other care — counseling sits in the same practice as your neurology and wellness visits, so it is part of one conversation.
